Job Description

The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Delightech's web applications and digital platforms. This role leads the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across both frontend and backend systems, collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior developers, and ensures software quality through best development practices.

Requirements

●Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
●3+ years of experience in full-stack development
●Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js (Express.js)
●Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
●Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
●Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
●Experience with version control systems (Git)
●Understanding of agile development methodologies
●Experience with React Native/Flutter
●Knowledge of fintech or financial services industry (preferred)
●Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
●Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) (preferred)
●Understanding of security best practices (preferred)

Responsibilities

●Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both frontend and backend systems.
●Lead the development of secure and high-performance digital platforms that support Delightech's business operations.
●Assist & lead the technical team to delivered the project result and key activities within the team
●Build and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations with internal and third-party services.
●Design and optimize databases to ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity.
●Collaborate with Product, Business, Operations, and UI/UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
●Review code, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
●Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs, system issues, and performance bottlenecks.
●Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure coding standards.
●Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
●Participate in system architecture planning and technical decision-making.
●Manage application deployment, version control, and CI/CD processes.
●Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems, APIs, and development processes.
●Monitor application health and support production systems when necessary.
●Stay updated on emerging technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
●Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend innovative technology solutions.
●Manage timeline and project management
●Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or management
